Description:
Mattresses tells the story of a family that lives in the hood. The four of them have a mattress in which they do everything on. Play. Eat. Sleep. Laugh... During a home evasion, the father is murdered on the mattress and the mother decides to get rid of it. Wanting to keep the memories of their father, siblings Jasmine and Tony pick up the mattress from the alley and take it to a park, where they then start to go to at night to play on the mattress. One day, Karen, a former gymnast, drives by and watches the duo doing amazing flips and tricks. She then decides to train both of them for a competition. Who knew that jumping on a mattress in the ghetto could take them to the spotlight.
