Description:

The director, Jim Behr (PM&L directing credits include See How They Run and Kill Me, Deadly) is looking to cast 13 roles, with stage-ages 16 and up, all ethnicities. Roles include Dr. Mike Connely, Rosemary Mortimore, Matron, Sir Willoughy Drake, Jane Tate, Sister, Leslie Tate, Police Sergeant, Bill Lesley, and Mother Bonney.
Ray Cooney's comedy takes place in a hospital and contains all the zany characters running in and out of doors that audiences love in a farce. Confused identities, paternity suits, and an array of lunatics keep Dr. Mortimore on his toes as he deals with his ex-wife, his punkish son, and delivering an important lecture at an international conference. Described as a "must for the bruised in spirit and the young at heart", It Runs in the Family is sure to be loads of goofy fun.
