Description:

Three Brothers Theatre is announcing auditions for "Somebody's Child" a new play written by Ben Braun and directed by Joshua Maloney. This show is the fifth production in our playwright's residency. Auditions will be July 19th from 6-8pm and July 21st from 2-4pm. Actors need not be present for both audition dates. Performance dates are October 4th - 26th on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30pm. The show calls for a female identifying character in their 20-30s and a male identifying character in their 20-30s.

Synopsis:
Dan and Jan are married, and they aren't happy. They fight every day, they know their respective habits, and manipulation is only half of the fun. In the midst of an especially aggravated talk one morning, Jan finds the unthinkable: an infant child in the kitchen cereal cabinet. Somebody's child has entered their home. But whose? And why? As their happiness together seems to have faded, this couple will need to confront their own hard truths in order to move forward with any potential peace in the face of a terrifying situation.
