point2productions is pleased announce auditions for Stephen Sondheim's musical, ASSASSINS.

Auditions will be held at Schaumburg On Stage Studio, located at 1925 Wright Boulevard, Schaumburg, Illinois 60193.

CALLBACKS:
By invitation only. We will let you know if you are called back by 10pm on Wednesday, July 17th via email. Callbacks will be held at the Schaumburg On Stage Studio on Thursday, July 18th from 6pm-10pm.

Actors will be lightly compensated for this production.

Time Commitment:
REHEARSALS:
Rehearsals will be held at the Schaumburg On Stage Studio on Monday through Thursday evenings (Mondays only the first few weeks) from 6pm-10pm. There will be rehearsal all day on Saturday, August 31st.

TECH WEEK & PERFORMANCES:
Tech week and performances will be held at Elgin Arts Showcase, located at 164 Division Street, Elgin, Illinois 60120. Tech week: Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day) from 5pm-11pm, Tuesday, September 3rd: 6pm-11pm, and Wednesday, September 4th: 6pm-11pm. Performances: Thursday, September 4th, Friday, September 5th, Saturday, September 6th (evening) and Sunday, September 7th (matinee).

Material To Prepare:
Please prepare 32 bars of a song you feel best represents the production. If able, please prepare impersonations of: Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and James Garfield. You may be asked to read a side with your audition. THERE IS NO DANCE/MOVEMENT CALL. Please arrive and sign in 15 minutes before your audition slot and let us know of any conflicts with the schedule. A production calendar will be available to you at that time.
