THE 90 DAY PLAN written by Robert Villalobos and Gabriela Garcia Medina, is a story about two girls from working-class families who decide to rob a bank. The pitch: LORENA (17) aka Lolo, a plus size Latina High School Senior in a wheelchair, bright-eyed and bushy tailed overachiever, obsessed with classic heist movies must convince her best friend VASHUNDRA (17) East Indian, plain Jane obsessed with IG Models to rob a bank of America. Our short film concept is funny, dark, it’s about friendship, and good people who aren’t “good” all the time. It’s about class, and gentrification; and a community that is so oppressed they must take matters into their own hands to change their circumstances. It doesn’t take itself too seriously while using comedy to touch on important socio-political subjects, and writing characters that defy audiences stereotypical expectations.

Educated, outspoken, very self -conscious about her body. She has known Lorena since the third grade and is her ride or die. She’s normally the person to get Lorena to do something stupid but is protective and maternal of her. She is obsessed with Instagram and specifically instagram models with big butts.
