Broken Nose Theatre is currently seeking ensemble and understudies for roles in LABYRINTH, by Beth Steel. The production will be directed by Broken Nose Staff Member, Spenser Davis. Please note, all understudies have a guaranteed performance.
1978, New York. John Anderson is barely out of college and has landed himself a job on Wall Street. His dreams of unimaginable wealth, travel and power are made a reality as he jets around the globe selling loans to developing countries eager to borrow. And there are plenty - Mexico, Brazil, Argentina...
But cracks in the banks' excessive lending strategy soon start to show. Despite the warning signs - and their consciences - John and his colleagues continue to pursue their targets, threatening to leave them all financially, and morally, bankrupt.
We are seeking the following ensemble tracks and understudy roles below:
1) He/Him Ensemble Track, any age, open ethnicity
2) He/Him Understudy Side for John (20s) and Frank (35+), African American
3) She/Her Ensemble Track and/or Grace Understudy, open ethnicity, any age
4) He/Him EnsembleTrack for Brazilian and Mexican Minister, Latinx, any age
5) He/Him, She/Her or They/Them Ensemble Track, open ethnicity, any age
