Description:

Seeking 8 performers for a Christmas themed, pro-wrestling parody. All roles are open and are gender/race fluid.

Non-Fighting Tracks:

Announcers (2) - classical, but strong emcee personalities. Must be able to carry the bulk of the shows dialogue. No fight experience necessary.

Fighting Tracks:

Looking for performers skilled in movement with backgrounds in either stage combat, wrestling, tumbling, parkour, tricks, dance, or other equivalent physical discipline. Actors in this show will be performing choreography requiring more physical contact with other actors and going to the floor than a typical show involving fight choreography.

Santa- brawler, powerful, reigning champ of the Christmas Classic

Sugar- graceful, balletic, Santa's main rival

Rudolph- agile, scrappy, the underdog with something to prove

Jack Frost- slick, cool, Face/Hero archetype

Baba Yaga- Primal, wild. Must have Russian dialect.

Krampus- Heel/Villain archetype, there to ruin everyone's Holiday cheer

Please note that all Fighter tracks will play multiple roles.

Audition Location: Will be given with audition confirmation.

Time Commitment:
Performance Dates: December 12th-22nd, Thurs-Sat at 7:30pm and Sunday at 2:30pm

Material To Prepare:
Actors will have 2 minutes to present a wrestling persona. This can be a monologue done in the style of Pro Wrestling banter, a completely original character, or inspired by a character from professional wrestling or other media. Actors should be prepared to answer questions about their personas (in character), as well as demonstrate a fall and a roll on mats that will be provided

Attire:
Please wear athletic or holiday attire. As long as you can move in it, or fills us with holiday cheer.
