Theatre L'Acadie, established in 2018, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are entirely self funded, self run, and self promoted. As such, we are unable to offer hourly or salary compensation to board/ensemble members at this time. As we grow, we are seeking to create a community of passionate and collaborative storytellers who would like to create theatre with us by dedicating whatever time/energy they have to spare outside of their regularly paying jobs. Theatre L'Acadie fervently believes in creating a fair wage onstage and is committed to paying our contract-based workers an equitable stipend on a production by production basis. It is our aspiration to work with people who will work with us as we grow both creatively and financially.
