By appointment only. Audition slots are approximately five minutes in duration. Appointments will be available for Sunday, September 25 and Monday, September 26, 2022, with slots between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (See link later in this notice to sign up.)

Metra trains, from Chicago on the east and from Harvard on the west, stop in Palatine. The station is right on the same street as the theatre, only four blocks east of the train station. All rehearsal and performance venues have free parking.
Seeking strong adult non-equity talent of 18+ ages with strong vocal and acting skills to bring to life this piece which contains adult themes that may be unsettling. Particularly seeking actors of diversity.
The role of Nathan is 12 years old, we are looking for close to that age. Does not have to be exact. Will possibly be double cast.
All roles (except for Buddy "Keno" Walsh) are available. Some roles may be doubled, tripled, etc. See the Character Breakdown.
REHEARSALS:
Rehearsals will begin Thursday, December 8, 2022, and typically will be held four (4) to five (5) days a week, Sundays through Thursdays. Based on role, you may not need to attend all rehearsals.
MANDATORY TECH WEEK:
Sunday, February 5 through Friday, February 10, 2022.
PERFORMANCES:
Opening Night-Saturday, February 11, 2022, at 8:00 p.m.
THE RUN:
Fridays at 8:00 p.m.- February 17, 24, March 3
Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.- February 11, 18, 25, March 4
Sundays at 3:00 p.m.- February 12, 19, 26
STRIKE IS SATURDAY, MARCH 4 AFTER THE PERFORMANCE.
***Please be prepared to list all conflicts at auditions. Please note we will be unable to cast individuals who have a conflict with the mandatory tech week.
Provide a current Headshot and Resume. You should upload these to the TheaterForms link noted above. Prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of this show that best shows off your vocal abilities, and a one-minute comedic monologue. An accompanist will be provided. No acapella or CD accompaniment allowed.
Please arrive at the audition location at least 10 minutes prior to your audition appointment time, and bring the sheet music for your vocal selection.
*There will be no dance at the preliminary auditions. Dance auditions will take place for those invited to Callbacks.
