The Plagiarists are seeking an actor for the role of NARRATOR in their upcoming production of Arabia, Arabia! by Alexander Utz, directed by Jonathan Shaboo.
About the show:
It's 1761. Five researchers have been selected by the Danish government to travel to the Arabian peninsula, to "Happy Arabia." But the journey isn't as happy as its destination. The doctor is incompetent, the botanist is elitist, and the linguist has enough arsenic to kill them all. And that's hardly the worst of it. When the Narrator appears and tries to save the expedition from certain failure, the researchers begin to realize that their story may not belong to them anymore.
Pay: $200 Stipend
The Plagiarists require all artists working with us to be fully vaccinated.
Rehearsals: May 1 - June 1, 2023, Mondays - Thursdays from 6:30-10:30pm
Tech Rehearsals: June 2 - June 7, 2023, June 14, 2023
Previews: June 8 - 10, 2023
Opening: June 15, 2023
Performances: June 15 - July 2, 2023, Thursdays - Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm,
Industry performances: Mondays June 19 & 26 at 8pm
