Description:
In the not-too-distant future, as the Earth's resources decline, billionaire Maxwell Pedestal has funded a new project to colonize Mars. Unfortunately, the only ones who can afford to go are the wealthy elite, and a new employee discovers this space station may not be what it seems.
Cast of Characters*:
ZOE - Alto, 20s, the brilliant and optimistic new hire
LUCAS (already cast) - High baritone, 20s, a kind-hearted employee trapped in their job
NAOMI - Alto, 30s to 40s, the jaded veteran employee
JILLIAN (already cast) - Soprano, 40s to 50s, the evasive senior manager with secrets
GREG - Tenor, 30s to 40s, the nervous middle manager who doesn't like secrets
MAXWELL PEDESTAL - Baritone, 50s to 60s, charismatic and suspicious CEO with a plan
CECILY (already cast) - Soprano, 20s to 30s, Maxwell's daughter, ashamed by her family's legacy
AUSTIN TAXES - Baritone, 20s to 30s, Cecily's fiance, a spoiled pretty rich boy
RANDY - Baritone, 30s to 40s, a security officer armed with dad jokes
ENSEMBLE - Alto, Various characters i.e. customers and employees, all ages
*POC and non-binary actors are strongly encouraged to audition. Precise age range of characters is flexible and pronouns can be swapped.
Pay: $100.

Performance Location & Dates:
The Bughouse Theater @ 7 PM on September 7, 14, 21 and 28
2 days a week (3 hours on a weeknight or a weekend afternoon) for 8 weeks total in the months of July and August.
Actors will be expected at most rehearsals, and to be familiar with the music prior to the first rehearsal. There will be simple dance and fight choreography for actors who move.
