Description:

Any Suggestions? Improv is seeking some fun, flexible, at least somewhat experienced actors to join them in putting on Props, The Stage, Rosemary and Thyme; a Murder Mystery written by April Noel. Auditions will be self tape submissions via email, being due by July 9th at Midnight. Callbacks will be held at the Steel Beam Theater in St. Charles on July 12th at 7:30pm. The show is scheduled for September 16th 5:30 pm at the Elgin Community College Dining Room, Bldg. E, 60123-7193

Show Description:
A dashing leading man, a well known and continuing rising star of a leading lady, an understudy waiting in the wings; the piano is tuned, the props are set, the stage manager has called 5 minutes to places and the theater manager can smell a hit! But as our stars begin to put on the staged noir, Song of Silence, tragedy brings down the leading lady as she literally dies on stage. But as detectives Wrobleski and Fitzpatrick come to find out everyone has a motive and everyone has the means; even the leading lady's twin sister! The audience will have 3 scenes and evidence that continues to pile up to try and solve this who-dun-it before the detectives point the finger at the guilty party.

*all human actors are encouraged greatly to audition and put their spin on the character of their choice.

All actors will be responsible for their own costumes, makeup, hair and any personal props the actor would like to have; required props/evidence will be provided by Any Suggestions? staff.

Pay: $25 for performing actors, $20 for understudies
