Production Productions is excited to announce our first ever live event: Sonnet-Fest! Sonnet Fest will be a day-long performance event in which a cast and volunteers will tour a to-be-determined park, reading and sharing all 154 of William Shakespeare's Sonnets.
Production Production's mission is to create networking spaces for theatrical persons in the Chicagoland area, both on and off stage, to meet and collaborate on passion projects. With a company focus on kindness, safety, and professionalism, we strive to create appropriate, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for artists to meet and create together.
Audition Date/Time: Production Productions is interested in bringing on a small ensemble to be onhand throughout the day to read various sonnets. Additional volunteers from passersby will also be strongly encouraged to join in the fun!
Core ensemble readers for Sonnet Fest will be asked to be as available as possible on the day of the event to solidify readers. Volunteers will also be asked to read throughout the day, so if you can join the core ensemble, but have a little time, stop on by!
