Kilbourn Park Playhouse and Underdog Theatre Company holds in-person auditions for their upcoming production of 'WEST SIDE STORY' on Friday April 12th from 6-9pm and Saturday April 13th from 11am-3pm. Callbacks scheduled for Friday April 19th from 6-9pm. Auditions held at Kilbourn Park, 3501 N. Kilbourn Ave, Chicago IL, 60641.

Those cast will receive notification by Monday April 22nd.

Please prepare one song up to 32 bars in the style of the show, classic Broadway genre preferred and have a second one prepared, if asked at auditions. Video submissions are welcomed if unavailable to attend auditions. Performances are August 23-25th, three performances only.

This is an unpaid, non-Equity production. Auditions and callbacks will consist of vocal audition, dance call and cold readings with sides being made available at auditions.

All ethnicities and identities are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend.

Casting for the roles of the Jets: Riff, Action, A-rab, Baby John, Snowboy, Big Deal, Gee Tar, Mouthpiece and Tiger. Girls: Graziella, Velma, Minnie, Clarice, Pauline, Anybodys. Casting for the roles of the Sharks: Bernardo, Maria, Anita, Chino, Pepe, Indio, Luis, Anxious, Nibbles, Juano, Toro, Moose, Rosalia, Consuelo, Teresita, Francisca, Estella, Margarita.
Also casting the roles of: Doc, Lt. Schrank, Officer Krupke, Glad Hand. The role of Tony is already cast.
