Mauritius by Theresa Rebeck is a gripping thriller centered on two estranged half-sisters, Jackie and Mary, who clash over a potentially priceless stamp collection inherited from their mother. While Mary sees the collection as a sentimental family heirloom, Jackie views it as her ticket to financial freedom. When Jackie brings the stamps to a local dealer, she attracts the attention of three scheming men: an experienced philatelist, a shady hustler, and a menacing collector with questionable intentions. As greed and betrayal take center stage, the characters navigate a high-stakes game of deception, where trust is elusive and everyone has something to lose.
