Jessica Petschauer
ActorJessica is the current director of the Stanner Players at Archbishop Molloy High School.
Jessica Petschauer has performed Off- Off-Broadway starring in “Life’s Expressions”, "Anything Can Happen" and the cabaret "Settle for the Best." She was also seen at the New York Renaissance Fair reigning over the royal court as the Archduchess of Austria in 2010 and tied to a stake as the resident Damsel in Distress, Anita Mann in 2009. Some of her favorite roles have been Spring in "Spring is for the Birds," Jane in "Jane Eyre," Marguerite in "The Scarlet Pimpernel," Anna in "The King and I," Joan in "Saint Joan," Mrs Gibbs in "Our Town," and performing in Little Maggie's "Please Christmas Don't Be Late".
Ms. Petschauer has studied theater arts at Hunter College in NYC where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts. She studied voice with the noted voice teacher Adrienne Angel for 5 years. After two years of intensive summer workshops at the New York Renaissance Faire she also considers herself an "improv monster" Most recently Ms Petschauer has been seen with a sword in her hand as she takes up the study of Stage Combat.
