Sherri Allen is a San Diego-based actor, director, and teacher.  She has worked with numerous local and regional theatre companies including La Jolla Playhouse, Old Globe, PCPA Theaterfest, Asolo Theatre, San Diego Repertory, Santa Rosa Summer Repertory, North Coast Repertory, Moonlight Stages, Poor Players, Lamb's Players, Vaudeville Express Melodrama, Traveling Lantern, Casey / Woody Entertainment, and Legoland California.   Ms. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from San Diego State University,  interned as an actor at PCPA Theaterfest (Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts), and did graduate work at Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training. She holds a teaching credential in English and drama from California State University at San Marcos.   She has been published in The Actor’s Other Career Book: Interviews with Acting Pros, and An Invitation to Poetry: A New Favorite Poem Project Anthology.
