TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Term of Use Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of Actorama.com. Actorama.com is a casting website where members can create personal profiles, post photos, videos and resumes for potential employers to see. By using Actorama.com you are legally bound by the following Terms of Use and agree to all policies and procedures that govern its use. This Agreement may be updated or changed at any time without notification and will be effective upon posting on the Actorama.com website. Your continued use of the Actorama.com website will indicate acceptance by you of such changes or modifications.

CONTENT

All material published and displayed on the website such as text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, musical works and other materials is recognized as "Content". Actorama.com does not claim any ownership rights of content submitted by its members. When you as a member submit or make available Content in the website, you grant Actorama.com the right to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such Content solely on or through the Actorama.com services and solely for the purpose for which such content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the website and will terminate at the time you remove such Content from the Service.

CONDUCT

When you sign up as a member of Actorama.com you agree not to:

1. Submit or display on the website any abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, racially or sexually offensive material or any material that infringes on the rights or beliefs of others.
2. Use a false email address, impersonate any other person or submit copyrighted material and material you don't have permission to display or submit.
3. Use Actorama.com to sell or advertise unless authorized by the website's management.
4. Use proprietary information from the Actorama.com website without permission from the website's management.
5. Upload or submit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
6. Collect or use members personal data for any purpose they are not intended for.

The website's management reserves the right to terminate your account as a consequence of abusive conduct.

Actorama.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the actorama.com website. Actorama.com disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Actorama.com disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Actorama.com website.
