Summary
Andrew Beckett (Tom Hanks) is a gay lawyer who has contracted AIDS. He is fired by his law firm and decides to sue his employers for discrimination. At first he can't find anybody to represent him but then is helped by homophobic lawyer Joe Miller (Denzel Washington). This is the opening speech Joe Miller gives to the jury.
