Summary
The survivors of a plane crash are stranded in a mysterious, remote tropical island in the South Pacific. Among the survivors there is Jack, a doctor, Kate, a former prisoner, Charlie, a rock star, Sayid, an Iraqi military man, Locke, a mysterious man who used to be paralyzed before the crash but is miraculously cured after the crash and Claire, a pregnant Australian girl.
In every episode we have flashbacks that focus on the backstory of each of the characters in the show. In episode 10, "Raised by Another", the flashback is about Claire and how she got pregnant. After she gets pregnant her and her boyfriend Thomas decide to keep the baby. Later, however, he changes his mind.
In this scene Thomas tells Claire that he will have to sacrifice too much to have a baby and decides to dump Claire.

| INT. CLAIRE'S APARTMENT Claire is setting up drapes on a window. Thomas walks in. THOMAS: "Wow. We have drapes now." CLAIRE: "I know. I feel all grown up. You like 'em?" THOMAS: "Yeah. They're good." CLAIRE: "I don't know why drapes represent age for me. I guess it just feels like something my mum would do. (Pause) Oh, Sasha called. They are going out tonight.
