Summary
Frank and Mildred Partridge are struggling with their finances. Frank just got a job as a salesman but they have bills to pay and his job starts in a month. As they have lunch, Frank comes up with an idea, that is to con the insurance company into paying him his wife's life insurance by having her disappear for 7 years.
