In this episode, after Don Draper loses the Dr. Scholl account, his boss Roger Sterling arranges two young twins to have drinks with them at their office. Sterling has sex with one of the twins and suffers a heart attack. He is brought to the hospital. Don, shocked, goes to Rachel Mencken's apartment. Rachel Mencken is a client of them whose father owns a large department store in Manhattan. Don is in love with Rachel but Rachel so far has turned his advances down. In this scene Don looks vulnerable and opens up completely to her. After some small talk, he leans in and kisses her.
"This is it, this is all there is," Don says. "And it's slipping through my fingers." They kiss passionately, slowly laying back onto the couch. He asks if she really wants this. "Yes, please,"....
